By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

AetherMind Systems provides custom AI software development, consulting, and support. Service details and schedules are outlined in project proposals.

3. Information Products

We offer digital materials including guides, tutorials, and courses related to AI development. Delivery is instant upon purchase.

4. Goods

We may sell branded merchandise or hardware kits. Availability, specifications, and shipping details are provided at time of order.

5. Payments

All fees are listed on our site or in confirmations. Accepted payment methods include credit card and wire transfer. Full payment is required prior to the start of services or dispatch of goods.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are managed as follows:

6.1 AI Software Development Services

Cancellations more than 7 days before the scheduled start: full fee reimbursement within 14 days.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: 50% fee reimbursement within 14 days.
Non-refundable services will be clearly marked at time of purchase due to resource allocation and planning constraints.
Services may be rescheduled with at least 3 days’ notice at no extra charge.

6.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a 30-day satisfaction period from delivery. Claims after this window are not accepted.
Reimbursements are processed via the original method within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items must be shipped back in original condition within 15 days of delivery. A label will be provided.
Product cost is reimbursed upon receipt and inspection. Shipping charges are non-recoverable.
Reimbursements are issued within 10 business days after processing the shipment.
